La tesis que ordena mi trabajo
Quitar el dolor es apenas el comienzo.
FASE 1
Quitar el dolor
Lo urgente. Diagnóstico preciso — imágenes, ecografía en consulta, examen físico — y un plan para controlar el dolor desde la primera cita.
FASE 2
Recuperar la función
Movilidad y fuerza que se miden, no que se suponen: dinamometría VALD DynaMo para saber cuánta fuerza tienes y cuánta te falta.
FASE 3
Reintegrarte a tu vida
El objetivo real: caminar por la orilla, bajar escaleras sin agarrarte, alzar a un nieto, volver al gimnasio. Ahí termina mi trabajo.

PHASE 1
Relieve the pain
The urgent part. A precise diagnosis — imaging, in-office ultrasound, physical exam — and a plan to control the pain from the first visit.
PHASE 2
Restore function
Mobility and strength that are measured, not assumed: VALD DynaMo dynamometry to know how much strength you have — and how much you're missing.
PHASE 3
Get you back to your life
The real goal: walking the shoreline, taking stairs without holding on, lifting a grandchild, getting back to the gym. That's where my job ends.
El orden importa
La cirugía no es la única respuesta. Y menos la primera.
Primero, sin cirugía
Terapias ortobiológicas —PRP, ácido hialurónico—, infiltración guiada por ecografía y análisis de fuerza muscular. Si el dolor puede controlarse sin cirugía, ese es el camino.
Preservar lo que sirve
Artroscopia y osteotomías para corregir el problema de raíz sin reemplazar nada, sobre todo en pacientes jóvenes.
Cirugía precisa cuando toca
Reemplazo planificado con MAKO sobre tu anatomía real. Ni antes de tiempo, ni después de lo necesario.
The order matters
Surgery isn't the only answer. And it's rarely the first.
First, without surgery
Orthobiologic therapies — PRP, hyaluronic acid gel injections — ultrasound-guided injections and muscle-strength analysis. If your pain can be controlled without surgery, that is the path.
Preserve what still works
Arthroscopy and osteotomies to fix the root problem without replacing anything — especially in younger patients.
Precise surgery when it's time
Joint replacement planned with MAKO on your real anatomy. Not before it's needed — and not later than necessary.
